You can order through this website by using a credit card, over the items where you see the "Buy Now" button.  For your protection,  the payment process with Pay Pal.  It is secure and safe.

 

In order to accommodate customers who may not have access to a credit card or prefer not to use a one, K.V. Jewelry Collection, also accepts personal checks and money orders; in orders placed by email.

  
NEW - For better service to our loyal customers, or weather is your first time shopping with us, you can try the jewelry of your preference at home, risk free!!.  Only contact customer service by e-mail or call  at 305-969-7392, with the item number and description of the jewelry you are interested in, so we can reserve the merchandise for you, only pay for the shipping, if aplicable..  Try it for 7 calendar days, if you decide it's not for you, simply send it back to us at your expense within the trial period.  Otherwise, you want to keep you  jewelry, we will invoice you, by email, at the end of the trial.
 

We deliver your jewelry via Priority Mail from The United States Postal Service, in order to expedite all deliveries.

 

 Shipping Policy

  • Shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Delivery confirmation and on-line shipment tracking available at www.usps.com.

  • FREE Shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more

  • Order Processing Time - approx 1-2 business days.

  • Shipment Time - approx 2-3 business days in transit to be delivered to it's destination.

  • Order shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, will take an additional 3-4 days to be delivered to it's destination.

  • Packages over $100.00 in value will be insured at no additional cost to the customer. 

  • All other package that are less than $100 in value will not be insured, but can be at an additional charge to the customer.

  • Rush Orders can sometimes be customized, for an extra charge; please send us an e-mail with the details of your order and when you need it by;  and we will inform you if it's viable.

 Returns and Exchanges

  • If you decide the jewelry is not right for you, please return the piece in its original unworn condition to us, within 7 days of the date you received it, via US prepaid insured mail;  before that please send us an e-mail with the piece information, the expected date of arrival, and whether you would like a different piece, a store credit, or a gift certificate.  Please include the original receipt and pack the piece well.

  • Since every piece of our collections is unique and an exclusive design to order for each of our clients, we regret that we cannot offer cash refunds.  Also sales on specials and custom orders are final.

Sales Tax

  • Sales Tax of 7.0%, will be added to orders from residents of the State of Florida.
